Each quarter, the Texas Society of CPAs sponsors a 1 hour Texas tax update webcast for CPAs, attorneys, state tax professionals, CFOs, controllers, and accountants to stay on the cutting edge of Texas tax developments. Gordon Martens, trial and appellate lawyer with Martens Law, presents each webcast with different guest speakers. The webcasts cover recent legislative, administrative, and judicial developments affecting the Texas sales tax, Texas franchise tax, and related procedural rules.
